Ingredients

  1. 3boil peel off mashed potatoes
  2. 50 gramMakhana
  3. 1 spoonpeanuts
  4. 1 spoonkaju badam/ cashew nuts
  5. to tastesendha namak/rock salt
  6. 1spoon singhare ka atta
  7. as neededcoriander leaves
  8. 2Green chilli finely chopped
  9. 2 tbspspoon desi ghee
  10. 150 g.Paneer
  11. 2 tbspblack pepper
  12. 1 tbsproasted jeera powder
  13. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  14. to tasteSendha namak/ rock salt
  15. 1 tsp desi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    One spoon ghee heat a kadai medium flame roasted one by one all dry fruits,take a plate keep aside

  2. 2

    Crumbling all dry fruits

  3. 3

    Take a large bowl Put in potato and all dry fruits green chilli,coriander leaves, sendha namak, singhare ka atta mix all ingredients make dough

  4. 4

    Make cutlets, heat a non stick pan, roasted both side,with ghee

  5. 5

    Cut paneer slice, take Paneer slice in a bowl add jira powder, sendha namak, red chilli powder black pepper marinate 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Roasted paneer with ghee both sides

  7. 7

    Serve,Green and red chutney
