One spoon ghee heat a kadai medium flame roasted one by one all dry fruits,take a plate keep aside

Take a large bowl Put in potato and all dry fruits green chilli,coriander leaves, sendha namak, singhare ka atta mix all ingredients make dough

Make cutlets, heat a non stick pan, roasted both side,with ghee

Cut paneer slice, take Paneer slice in a bowl add jira powder, sendha namak, red chilli powder black pepper marinate 10 minutes

Roasted paneer with ghee both sides

Serve,Green and red chutney
