Steps

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Add pounded garlic and ginger, salt and rosemary leaves. Mix them to marinade for like 10 minutes.

Shallow fry the marinated pieces to golden brown.

In a separate bowl mix the all purpose flour with egg and little warm water to form paste.

Remove the shallow fried pieces from heat and put in a bowl then pour in the flour egg/paste above and mix.

Grind the corn flakes into small particles for easy coating.

Remove the pieces from the paste one by one as you coat with the pound corn flakes.

Deep fry the pieces to golden brown.
- 9
Serve with ugali and greens.
