Lapsi is a traditional Indian sweet often served on auspicious occasions made with broken wheat(dalia), jaggery and nuts.
Steps

Soak fennel seeds, almonds and raisin in different bowls for 30mins.

Take water in a deep bottom pan add jaggery and cardamom powder.

Heat kadai add 2tbsp ghee and roast lapssi for 10mins or till browned on medium low heat once done remove it and keep it a Side.

In the same kadai heat 3tbsp ghee add fennel seeds,cinnamon sticks and elaichi.

Add jaggery water in to the kadai and boil it again.

Once water starts boiling add lapssiand raisins to it and stear it once water dries put off the gas.

Garnish with dry fruits and fresh grated coconut and serve hot.
