For chole-Soak chole 5-6hours before.Add water in cooker add chole,white salt and all dry spices except redchilly and whistel it 3-4.Off the flame.Take a pan add oil to it and redchilly and cumin seeds add garlic,onion,tomato to it add tomato puree and all masala's except chole masale and cook till oil leaves the side.Add chole and water and black salt to it.Mash little chole cook till it's thick add chole masale..it's ready to serve.

For kulcha-First prepare the dough adding all ingredients and cover with cloth and keep for rest for 2hours.

Preparation of stuffing--Take a pan add butter now add garlic and saute add all veggies for 2-3minutes add crumbled paneer and all ingredients mix and off the flame.

Take a lemon size ball from the dough make round shape with rolling pin add the stuffing in middle close it from all sides.Dust it with flour roll it with rolling pin.Take a pan when it's hot place the kulcha.When there's bubble flip it put butter/ghee both side and cook from both side.Enjoy with chole during these Dusshera.
