Place a deep pan over low flame. Add ghee, milk, sugar, condensed milk and stir it for a while. Add coconut powder and stir until the mixture gets a semi-solid consistency. Now add cardamom powder and stir until the mixture starts to leave the side of the pan. Turn off the flame then.

Divide the mixture into two equal parts. Add few drops of green food colour to one half of the mixture. Mix well to get a green hue. Set aside.

Grease a flat glass container and put a baking paper into it in such a way that the paper is overhanging at the sides. Add the white coconut mixture into the container. Use a spatula to spread the mixture in one single layer. Add the green mixture on top of the white layer. Use spatula to spread the green mixture in a single layer. Smooth the top.

Place the container in the fridge for an hour to set. Once set, cut into desired shapes. Serve garnished with cashewnuts and cherries.
