  • 1 cupicing sugar
  • 1 3/4 cupmaida
  • 1/4 cupbesan
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 1 tspCardamom powder

  1. 1

    Beat ghee and sugar till it fluffy

    Strain maida,besan,baking powder,baking soda,

    Make soft dough and make balls from the dough sprinkle cardamom powder on nankhatai balls

    Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 15 minutes
