Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssuji
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1eno packet
  4. 1onion
  5. 2capsicums
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a bowl and add suji and curd in it and mix well

  2. 2

    Then add Eno in it and leave it for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Now take a wok put oil in it

  4. 4

    Add onion and capsicums and add oil spices in it and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now add Idli sauce and mix well

  6. 6

    Masala Idli is ready
