Steps

Firstly roast coconut into a pan until it's becomes light brown. Further keep a side.

Now boil milk into a pan and milk powder mix well. No lumbs in there.

Simmer until become like mawa.

Add now roasted coconut, yellow food colour and sugar mix and roast until perfect burfi dough. Now add cardomon and ghee mix well.

Now set this upon greased dish.

Set at least 2 hour. Further cut in burfi shape and garnish with Desiccated coconut.

Ready coconut burfi for serve.
