Take a bowl add Maida, salt, asafoetida and oil then make a soft dough of it leave it for 30 minutes covered with wet cloth.

Take 1 pan put some oil add cumin seeds, green chilli now add all spices (mention in the ingredients) cook for 2 seconds.

Then add boiled potatoes(mashed) cook for max 5 minutes after 5 minutes add onion again cook until the onion gets brown in colour.

Add some fresh coriander leaves and leave it for cool.

Now make a small balls of that Maida dough make a shape of small circle like a puri.

Then add stuffing(1 tablespoon) in the dough and make a kachori of it.

Deep fry them in a medium flame and serve them with aloo ki sabzi and some salad.
