Steps

Peel your potatoes and wash thouroughly. Chop into fries shape.

Heat your oil and once hot, fry the potatoes until ready. Don't let them crisp.

Remove the fries from the oil and let the oil drip/absorb on a kitchen paper towel.

In a separate cooking pan add some cooking oil-2 tablespoons and fry under medium-low heat the onions,garlic ginger paste,curry powder and mixed spices together.

Once brown(add little water if sticking to the pan to avoid burning),add the tomato paste,chilli,little salt to taste and some water. Simmer for 2-3 mins adding water where necessary to avoid burning.

Stir and make sure the consistency is thick. Switch off and throw in chopped dhania and hoho. Stir.

In a separate bowl,put your fries and pour some of this sauce over it and mix gently until you have all the fries well covered in sauce.

Serve with ketchup/tomato sauce and a cold drink.
