Steps

Dry roast the moong dal and boil

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds, bay leaf and red chillies.

Add ginger paste and green chillies and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder and mix well

Pour the daal and boil adding sugar
- 6
Serve it with rice
