Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Moong dal
  • 2 tbspChana ki dal
  • 2 tbspArhar dal
  • 2 tbsp Urad dal
  • 2 tbsp Masoor dal
  • 1/2 tspCumin
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • 4-5 Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Crushed ginger
  • 1 Green chilli small pieces
  • 1Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • to tasteSalt as per taste
  • 3 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbspButter

Steps

  1. 1

    After washing all dals soaked for 40 mins.

  2. 2

    Boiled all dals by adding salt and water.

  3. 3

    Take a pan and heat the oil.

  4. 4

    Now added all the spices and added tomato also and fry.

  5. 5

    Now added boiled dals and mix properly.

  6. 6

    Now added 1 cup of water and mix and now cook for some time

  7. 7

    Now added coriander leaves and butter

  8. 8

    Now serve it
