Pav bhaji

Steps

Rinse all vegetables well. Cut into small pieces. You can add vegetables of your choice.

Take chopped tomatoes, onion and green chillies in mixture jar and make a fine paste. Keep aside.

Take chopped potato, carrot, cauliflower, capsicum and green peas into pressure cooker. Close the lid and heat it on medium flame for 2 whistle.

Switch off the gas. When the pressure released naturally open the lid. Smashed the vegetables gently.

Heat the butter in pan on low flame. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté. Then add tomato onion paste and sauté.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander seed powder and cumin seed powder. Stir it well.

Now add chat masala and pav bhaji masala. Stir and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or till butter start separating from it.

Now add boiled vegetables and mix well. Add water if required. Add salt and mix it well. Cover it with the lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Switch off the gas. Add chopped coriander leaves. Bhaji is ready to serve.

Cut the pav into halves. Heat the butter on tava and fry both side of pav.

Transfer to the serving plate and serve with bhaji.
