  • Palm oil
  • Fish
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Maggi
  • Crayfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the fish thoroughly

  2. 2

    Boil the fish

  3. 3

    Heat the palm oil

  4. 4

    Add grinded melon seasoning, onion,pepper and crayfish to the heated oil and allow it to steam for 2 min

  5. 5

    Put the pumpkin leaf and salt to taste

  6. 6

    Allow it to simmer for 5 min

  7. 7

    Bring it down and serve with garri,towu shinkafa,fufu etc
