Lettuce
Arugula
cubesApples thin sliced or
Cucumber sliced
Croutons or pita chips or tortilla chips, whatever you like
Smoked salmon
For the Dressings:
Carrot
Ginger
Olive oil
Soya sauce
Pepper
Vinegar
Garlic

Put all the salads in a big bowl toss it with your chips, and top with smoked salmon

Put all dressing ingredients blender, blend until smooth.

Pour the dressing on salad. Ready to eat.
