Steps

Peel and cut your ndumas to a pieces of your liking and wash them

Place in a cooking pot with water and boil until soft.

Drain water and place it aside

Fry onions until golden brown and add tomatoes,salt and black pepper. Cover and simmer until it forms a paste.

Add your nduma and stir. Add 100ml of water and simmer for 3mins.

Serve as above with black or white tea.
