"Iced fish" doesn't have to be boring. You can also groove it as much as you would with cat, Crocker, Tilapia and other fishes.
Steps

Wash the fish thoroughly with warm water and vinegar.

Carefully take out the eggs and other things inside the fish and rinse in a clean water.

Season the fish with Salt, seasoning cubes, pepper, Garlic and ginger.

Wrap them with foil paper and put them in a fridge for 20 minutes.

While the fish is in the fridge, prepare your PEPPERED sauce;

Blend onions, Ginger, Garlic and pepper and set aside.

Place a pan on fire and allow to dry.

Pour in the vegetable oil and allow to heat for about 60 seconds and then add the blended Onions, Garlic, Ginger and pepper.

Lower the heat and allow it fry until it's dry

Add Salt, seasoning cubes and rosemary leaves. Stir and bring it down.

Bring the fish from the fridge and put in the oven or grill for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Once the fish is cooked, bring them out and place on a clean foil, spread the peppered sauce on them then garnish with onions and belle pepper.

Serve with any drink of your choice.
