Soaked over night rajma for 7-8 hrs.

Wash the rajma & boil the cooker with salt and baking soda or with 2 cup water. Let the cooker whist 5 times.

Heat oil in the cooker add bay leaves and cumin seeds when the cumin seeds sprinkle than add onion and garlic paste till golden brown.

Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix it well.

Now add tomato puree saute until oil come out & add ghee mix well.

Then add boiled rajma and add salt mix it well add some water, water as your quantity mix well and cook for 15 minutes on the low flame.

Now add garam masala coriander leaves and amchoor powder.

Serve with chapati and rice.
