Ingredients

  • 280 gmsflour Sieved
  • 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/4baking powder
  • 250 gmsbutter
  • 5eggs
  • 250 gmscustard sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar till fluffy with a handmixer add one egg at a time and mix till smooth. Then fold in the flour add the essence fold in till smooth.

  2. 2

    Grease a baking tin and dust off with flour. Add the cake mixture and bake for not less than 40 minutes.
