This steamed multi grain lauki muthias is an idle food for brunch / dinner in weight-loss diet.
Steps

Wash peel and grate lauki.

Add flour and ginger garlic chilli paste. Add all dry masalas and fruit salt. Add curd. The flour quantity should be as much as can mix in grated lauki.

Mix all ingredients nicely and lay it in a greased plate. I keep it like dhokla batter that makes it more softness.

Steam for 25 minutes or until cooked.

Cool it and cut into square pieces.

In a pan add oil. Once hot add mustard and sesame seeds.

Add muthia and toss it nicely. Break some muthias while tossing.

Awesome tempting & healthy muthiya are ready to serve.
