Sautéed Zucchini with Shimeji Mushrooms

It looks similar to Japanese cucumber, but it's actually different. Zucchini is part of the squash family. Its texture is softer and it has a sweet taste. Cooked with shimeji mushrooms, it's super delicious 😍😍

Steps
- 1
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add the mushrooms. Stir well. Add the sweet soy sauce and bouillon powder. Stir well.
- 2
Once the mushrooms are wilted, add the zucchini, a little water, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt, sugar, and pepper. Stir well, taste, and adjust the seasoning. Cook for about 1-2 minutes. Do not overcook the zucchini to keep it crunchy. Remove from heat and serve.
