Take a pan and boil the milk than add socked rice and dry fruits

Whenever it's boil then gass slowly and wiping the kheer

Whenever you see that rice is mixed with milk and it going to be thik add sugar and wiping slowly

Than add cardamom powder,your rice kheer is ready to eat
