Trying to make the house a little more interesting and I felt Pomo(cow skin) and pepper will do just fine. And it sure didn’t disappoint. Scent leaf or any leafy garnish would give a better finish.

Wash and cut your cow skin to desired size

Blend some pepper, onions, ginger and garlic
- 3
Season and boil skin with onions salt and stock cubes till tender
- 4
Add in your pepper and allow to cook until water is almost dried.
- 5
Adding scent leaf or any leaf you desire is an option to give a prettier look and additional taste.
