Ingredients

30mins at 180°
  • 250 gmsFlour
  • 175 gmsSugar
  • 175 gmsMargarine
  • 4eggs
  • 1 tbsBaking powder
  • 1orange
  • 1lemon

Steps

30mins at 180°
  1. 1

    Cream the sugar and margarine until it's fluffy and doubled

  2. 2

    Add the eggs one at a time to the creamed mixture

  3. 3

    Add in your flour and fold in your mixture

  4. 4

    Add in your grated lemon and orange rind together with the juice from both and mix

  5. 5

    Transfer mixture in to your cupcake tray and bake for 30mins
