Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the pineapple well, then peal.

  2. 2

    Cut it in any style.

  3. 3

    Take the cleaned peals, and some water for the syrup and boil.

  4. 4

    Sieve it and let it cool. You can keep it in the fridge for some time. Add in the syrup the pineapple pieces. It is the ready.
