Ingredients

  • 1 kgbasmati Rice
  • Tumeric powder
  • Water
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water in a sufuria

  2. 2

    Add the tumeric and cooking oil enough and salt let it boil.

  3. 3

    Wash the rice drain off water and place it in the sufuria and cover well with a lid

  4. 4

    Cook the rice under a low heat till its cooked

  5. 5

    Serve with beef stew, and any other dish of your choice
