Heat oil in a pain

Once the oil hot add cumin seeds & hing& let them crackle for few second

Add green chilli ginger and grlics paste & fry for few second

Add onion & fry until it turns transluceNt

Now add tomato cook until it became mushy add coriander powder turmeric powder kashmiri red chilli salt to taste

Add 1/2 cup of water and cook until oil separates frm side

Now add 1cup of water and bring the sbzi is boil

Add sev & lemon juice & switch off the heat

Garnish with kasoori methi & serve immediately
