Ingredients

  1. 4 piecesfish
  2. 1onion
  3. 5-6garlic pods
  4. 1/2 tspwhole cumin seeds and pepper corns
  5. 2 tspmustard sauce(ready made)
  6. 1tomato
  7. as needed oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind together onion, cumin seeds and pepper with garlic cloves into a smooth paste.

    Meanwhile descale the fish and add lemon and salt and keep aside.Then add little salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry it.

    Now put oil in a pan.Add the masalas and saute well Now add the mustard paste and keep stirring finally add the fish.Serve with steam rice.

    Saute onion paste add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and salt.

  5. 5

    Keep stirring until masalas leave the oil.
