For kadhi : take a bowl..Put into besan add water,salt...make a smooth batter...heat the pan add oil..fry pakora...make sure batter is perfectly fluffy

Take a bowl... Put in to curd then add besan mix well add turmeric then heat a pan add Rai (mustard), fenugreek seed,hing, when it's crackle add besan curd mixture

Take a boil then add salt..Take 4,5 boil add pakora and kasuri methi then take more 2 boil

For missi: take a bowl add besan,salt and all ingredients with water make a perfect semi soft dough

Roll like a naan...cook on the medium slow flame from both side...your missi is ready
