Peel wash n cut the potatoes.Take a sufuria put some oil wn hot put in the mustard seeds n curry leaves.

Add ginger n garlic paste mix till golden brown.Put in the tomatoes let it cook then add potatoes n mix.Add some water for the potatoes to cook

Once cooked sprinkle some garam masala n dhania

Enjoy with hot poori
