Steps

Wash the rice and boil with a little salt till cooked. Place aside (or in a hot pot)

In a frying pan, add cooking oil, then fry one of the onions (after chopping it) until it browns.

Add tomatoes, salt & spice and fry until it forms a gravy of sorts.

Add the beans and stir until everything blends in well, then throw in some chopped onions (the 2nd one), let it simmer for a few minutes, then remove.

Serve with the rice. (Raw tomatoes or guacamole salad is optional as topping).
