Prepare the baking tin and ingredients, preheat oven then measure your ingredients

Mix sugar with oil then whisk

Add the egg and whisk again

Add passion essence and carrots then whisk
- 5
Add flour little by little till incorporated
- 6
Add in the baking tin and sprinkle oats on top
- 7
Bake for 35min at 180degrees
- 8
After cooling cut
