Ingredients

50 minutes
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 tablespoonpaprika
  • 1 teaspooncurry mix
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 1 tablespoonparsley
  • 1 tablespoonbasil
  • 1 tablespoonMajoram
  • 4 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoonstomato paste

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Toss the chicken in a plastic bowl. Prepare the garlic and ginger, pound to a paste and then mix all.

    In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients and then cover the chicken nicely

    Marinate for an hour or two. If you have time you can leave overnight in the fridge
