Heat oil in a pan put cumin seeds and saute it.

Put tomato and onion and ginger, garlic in it and cook for 4-5 mint.

Now add dry spices in it and mixed it well.

Now put tomato and gobhi and cook until potato and gobhi becomes soft.

Now add garam masala and serve it hot.
