Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaize flour (makai atta)
  • 1 cupchopped methi leaves
  • 1grated radish (mooli)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Red chilli powder and amchur powder
  • 1/ 4 cup makai atta for Dusting
  • Refined oil to make Parantha

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except oil and knead dough with hot water

  2. 2

    Make balls and dust the rolling board with Dry atta

  3. 3

    Make thepla with hand

  4. 4

    Put on hot griddle and cook one side

  5. 5

    Apply oil and cook both the sides till brownish

  6. 6

    Serve with green chilli pickle
