Steps

Wash and boil the egg with lil. salt to help it peel smooth.after bowling place it in cold water and set it aside.

For the filling
Boil the fish,remove the bones and mash it with spoon.grate the pepper and slice the onion.keep it all aside and wash and chop the spinach keep it aside too. - 3
Place the pan on fire,pour oil when hot add the slice onions and grinded pepper stir it well and spice it with ginger and garlic.
keep stirring it for 2 mins. - 4
Seasoning it with salt and seasoning cube stir and add the boiled mashed fish.

Stir it well and at that junction add the chopped spinach (alaiyyahu)mix it well to make sure everything is perfectly okky.

Leave it for like 3-4 mins and then off the flame

Peel the eggs cut the up to remove the yolk,after removing it successful stuff it with the fish filling by pressing to fill well.

After that,with the yolk u removed stuffed again by pressing it.
That means u cover the up with the yolk. - 9
Break the raw egg whisk and deep the stuffed egg in the whisked egg,remove it and roll it inside seasoning flour with salt and seasoning cube. Remove it again and deep in the whisked egg deep it and roll in the flour or bread crumbs if u have.

And then fry it till golden brown.
