Steps

Wash your rice with salt to remove starch make sure you wash and drain it well then keep aside.

Per boiled the rice with food colour then drain it keep aside

Put oil in pan bring your spices such as cumin,turmeric, bayleaf,coriander etc add your dice vegetable covered it to simmer.

Than bring your coloured per boiled rice and add it to the frying vegetable then mix them well add little warm water cover,to simmer.
