Ingredients

  1. Handfulporridge oats
  2. 200 mlsoat milk
  3. To tastemaple syrup
  4. 1banana, sliced
  5. Handfulpistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the oats and milk in a bowl, I like my porridge quite runny so I add plenty of milk.

  2. 2

    Add half of the chopped banana and a tsp of maple syrup. Microwave for 3 minutes stirring every minute.

  3. 3

    Add more maple syrup to taste and top with pistachios and the rest of the sliced banana.
