Steps

Make curd (Dahi) of 2 ltrs of milk and hang it for 5-6 hours till all water is drained and the curd is thick (hung curd)

Then add 100g of powdered sugar to it and mix well for 5 minutes

Now add 2-3 drops of Pista Essence and to it alongside 1 tbsp Pista powder and 1 tbsp Almond Powder

Add 1/4 tsp elaichi powder and mix nicely Garnish with Grated Badam Pista and Cherry

Your Almond Pista shrikand is now ready!
