In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and cocoa well.

Add the eggs and beat well. If all flour is not Incorporated, do not worry.

Now add in the oil, essence (I used orange) and milk. Mix well until smooth

Pour in to your mugs (not more than half) NB. Use microwave safe cups.

Place mug onto center of the microwave and cook on high for about 1½ to 2 minutes.

Enjoy with a cup of tea.
