Cook beans and add rice when the beans is a bit soft then allow to cook together. Pour in a colander to drain the water

Pour back into the pot and put in your sliced onions,crayfish,seasoning and palm oil then cover to cook

Put in the smoked or dry fish and cover for the water to dry then turn off the heat.
