Wash chana dal and rice, moong dal separately. Spread it over clean cloth and let it dry in shade not in direct sunlight.

Now dry roast all above ingredients separately till it becomes golden brown.

Let it cool down completely. Mix all ingredients together and grind it. Chakali bhajani is ready.

Take 2 cups bhajani in mix bowl. Add all spices and 4 tsp hot oil. Mix well. Now add hot water mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Grease the chakali mould. Knead the dough and make a soft dough. Use little water if required.

Stuff enough dough into the mould and make chakali. Deep fry the chakali on medium-low flame till it becomes golden. Put it on tissue paper. Chakali is ready. Let it cool down and store it in a air tight container.
