Steps

Take a deep bowl,add gramflour,salt,red chilli powder& carom seeds.Make a smooth batter with the help of water.keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan

Wash spinach leaves with fresh water & one by one dip in the batter.

Take them out & deep fry until they become golden in colour

Do this with left spinach leaves.

Now take a serving plate,put 4 spinach leaves in it & crushed them lightly.pour fresh curd,salt,chatmasala, 1 tsp chopped onion & 1 tsp chopped tomato.

Add 1 tsp of green chutney & sonth in it & sprinkle few saviya on it.

Garnish with coriander leaves & pomegranate.

Serve immediately.
