It was a decade since I last baked a loaf of bread, I decided to remind myself and it came out excellently.
Steps

In a glass with half full warm water, dissolve the teaspoon sugar and sprinkle the yeast on top. Leave in a warm place to rise.

Mix the flour, sugar and oil and add the frothy yeast.

Knead to a soft dough and leave in a warm place to prove.
- 4
Knock back and shape.
- 5
Leave to prove again and bake at 150 °c for 20 min.
- 6
Brush with the melted margarine and leave to brown a bit.
- 7
Enjoy your freshly baked bread.
