Wash your parboiled rice with hot water, set aside.

Boil your chicken well sauced for 30mins, drain and fry

Dice your green pepper, sweet yellow pepper, onions, peas, carrots, and stir fry in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.set aside

Bring the stock to boil your meat stock, add 2 table spoons of curry and other spices to taste, add your rice stock, to cook for 50mins. Until done. Then add your stir fried veggies. Serve with fried or barbecued Chicken, Slices of Bananas, and chilled glass of water or wine.
