Sweet Potatoes Jamun

Delicious gulab jamun made from sweet potatoes
Steps

Mash warm sweet potatoes until lump free

Add grated khoya mix well to form soft smooth dough

Grease palms. shape mixture into small/medium balls without cracks

Dissolve sugar in water. stir well until half string consistency is formed

Add rose water and cardamom and mix well. keep it aside

Deep fry sweet potato balls until deep brown
- 7
Allow excess oil to be absorbed by tissue paper
- 8
Soak immediately in warm sugar syrup. rest aside for few hours or atleast 1 hour

Garnish with nuts and serve cold
