Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1egg
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Halftin of milk
  • Halfbottle of sprite
  • to tasteSugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Vanilla extract (optional)
  • Nutella for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Seive in flour and add in milk, egg, baking powder,sprite, water, salt and sugar

  2. 2

    Mix well

  3. 3

    Leave for 30 mins - 1 hr

  4. 4

    Fry in the lowest oil you can use use a non stick pan and fry on a very low heat

  5. 5

    Oil is optional

  6. 6

    Serve with nutella or honey

  7. 7

    Bon appetite
