Seabass with teriyaki vegetables and dashi quinoa 🇯🇵
I fancied something Japanese inspired so managed to put some flavour combinations with store cupboard ingredients and #seasonsupply veg
Steps

Rinse the quinoa and bring to the boil. Add the bonito flakes and soy sauce

Chop the vegetables

Stir fry in a hot pan. Once softened slightly add the teriyaki sauce and honey
- 4
Season and pan fry the seabass skin side down first
- 5
Reduce the remaining juices from the vegetables to make a sauce
- 6
Assemble the plate, drizzled the sauce on top and enjoy 😊
