Ingredients

10-12 piecesBaby corn
2 tbspMaida
3 tbspGram flour
2 tbspCorn flour
1 tbspChilli powder
1/2 tbspChat masala
Salt as required
1/2 tbspGinger garlic paste
Oil to deep fry

In a bowl add all other ingredients except oil and baby corn.

Dip each baby corn in the batter and deep fry in the preheated oil in batches till golden brown.Drain it in a tissue paper to take out the extra oil.

Sprinkle some chat masala. Serve hot.
