"A pinch" of cinnamon
"A pinch" of vanilla essence
"A pinch" of nutmeg
"A pinch" of mixed spice
1 pinchsalt
Whisk
3medium eggs
1 cupmilk

Prepare all ingredients

Put eggs in a bowl

Add milk

Add flour and all spices,whisky all of it

In a pan add alittle oil,add butter.

Wait until its brown then turn the other side
7

Leave it for sometime until its become brown.remove from heat.repeat the whole process until you finish
